This is a Sample Detox Menu you can use to your new Detox diet. Used to any of them, but the best and most recommended is that you adapt the menu and recipes for fruits and vegetables that you like best, so that it may be easier and bearable your Detox diet. The menu Detox
Breakfast
whole protein shake
This smoothie will feed you through the hardest and longest stage of the day. It’s 100% whole, fresh, real food, with a group of foods with healthy fats and powerful antioxidants of blueberries.
- 1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 lemon peel (optional)
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- Pumpkin seeds 1 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- Hemp seeds 1 tablespoon
- 2 nuts
- 1/4 avocado
- Manteca extra virgin coconut 1/2 teaspoon
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- The water 1/2 cup
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed until smooth, about 2 minutes. If the batter is too thick, add more water until a thick consistency but acceptable.
You might look complicated and has too many ingredients, but you can prepare shake for several days, and you will find that you out much cheaper make your smoothies to buy echos for your Detox menu.
Lunch
The Super Detox Salad
- Choose a base of green : arugula, spinach or mixed salad
- Pick three vegetables : red pepper, green or orange bell pepper, celery, mushrooms, snap peas, jicama, carrot, radish, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, onion, roasted peppers, artichokes, parsley, dill, cilantro, mint.
- Choose a healthy fat : 1/4 avocado, 2 tablespoons of nuts or seeds (walnuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds or sunflower), 2 tablespoons olives (Kalamata)
- Choose one protein. salmon, sardines or shrimp (wild fresh or canned), diced chicken or turkey, tofu or tempeh cubes
- Choose your dressing . 2 tablespoons tahini with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon olive oil with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
Dinner

- Choose a base of green : Broccoli, asparagus, arugula, spinach, kale or chard. Steamed or lightly sauteed with a little garlic and oil.
- Add a little protein . Chicken, turkey, salmon, shrimp, scallops, canned salmon, sardines or herring, boiled eggs, tofu and tempe

Creamy tahini, hummus and tapenade with sliced raw vegetables of choice. Almonds and walnuts.
